* Quick and easy to install in any size or shape of room with the cable pre-attached to the mesh and is a twin conductor so that there is no second tail to return to the thermostat. This reduces time and installation costs.

* Laid directly onto the existing floor, no special primers required.

Choosing your system
* Devimat for Timber based floors - order prefix UHST.
* Devimat for Concrete based floors - order prefix UHSC.
* If a room is part timber base, part concrete base, treat each area seperately with individual controllers.
* Select a mat equal to, or below, the available free floor area.
* For large areas, the following applies; for timber based floors use one controller per 35m.sq., for concrete based floors use one controller per 23m.sq.
