A 3m long, fixed length male/female connecting cable for use with the T5 triphosphor lights. Other sizes of fixed length male/female connectors are also available as well as an option, which allows the cable to be cut to the exact length.
T5 is an upgraded range of triphosphor lighting, which provides a wider choice of lamp sizes and connecting cables. Slim and attractive, T5 can easily hidden behind a pelmet or used without one. This unobtrusive light fitting is fitted with energy saving, flicker free lamps which offer powerful illumination. They are easy to install and are supplied with a bracket to allow vertical or horizontal mounting.
The light fittings can be butt linked or, using connecting cables, spaced apart. 10 fittings of 6W to 18W can be linked together or 6 fittings if they are 21W to 32W.
IP20 rating.
Note - April 2006 specification change - The connector on the connector cables and lights have changed slightly in design.
* The new style connector cable can be used in the old style connector on the lights.
* The old style connector cable CAN NOT be used with the new style connector on the lights.
General Information : -
WARNING: All electrical fittings must be installed by a qualified electrician. Care must be taken where lights are enclosed in a cabinet, ensure there is adequate ventilation. Light fittings should not be fitted in the vicinity of flammable surfaces. Low voltage lamps must never be touched by unprotected fingers.
